Return Policy
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of the delivery date. Please fill out the returns form included with the shipment and include this with the item(s) you are returning. If you do not have this, you can email customerservice@alessandrarich.com to be sent one. Make sure the merchandise being returned is in its original condition, with tags attached and packaging included. Attach your pre-paid DHL label to the box, ensuring any prior delivery information on the box is no longer visible, and contact your local DHL to arrange pick-up of your package. Returns must be sent out from the country they were sent to. Full returns policy can be found here.
