Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange free of charge for any product within 14 days from the delivery date.

Follow the below steps to return/exchange your item(s) to us:
1. Enclosed in your parcel there will be a return form that needs to be filled out when returning or exchanging your item(s). If you have misplaced the return form, a new one is available to download here.
2. Make sure the merchandise is in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return or exchange.
3. Pack the item(s) together with the return form in the original box, attaching the prepaid DHL label on the front of the box covering any previous postal addresses.
4. Contact DHL (www.dhl.com) to arrange a collection of the package, all items must be shipped from the same country they were delivered to, we advise you to retain the proof of postage.
If your return/exchange does not meet the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. Exchanges may be processed only for the same value.
If your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued on the same card you have used to make the payment for the order.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the warehouse to process your return or exchange. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
