You can request a return free of charge for any product within 20 days from the delivery date.

Follow the below steps to return/exchange your item(s) to us:

To get a returns label for your order:
- If your shipping address was outside of the EU please click here to get your returns label: Returns Portal

- If your shipping address was in the EU you should have a pre-paid returns DHL label included in your package. If you require a new label please email us at customerservice@alessandrarich.com

Enclosed in your parcel there will be a return form that needs to be filled out when returning your item(s).
Make sure the merchandise is in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return or exchange.
Pack the item(s) together with the return form in the original box, attaching the prepaid DHL label on the front of the box covering any previous postal addresses.
Contact DHL (www.dhl.com) to arrange a collection of the package, all items must be shipped from the same country they were delivered to, we advise you to retain the proof of postage.
If your return does not meet the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

If your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued on the same card you have used to make the payment for the order.

Please allow 3-5 working days for the warehouse to process your return or exchange. Please note any shipping, duties and taxes charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
