Shipping

You can request a return or exchange for any product within 14 days from the delivery date. 

 

In your box you will find a return form that should be used for returning or exchanging an item. If you misplaced your return form, you can download it here.

 

Returning an item is free of charge.

All items must be shipped from the same country they were delivered to.

 

Follow the below steps to return your item(s) to us:

 

  1. Fill out the Return Form.
  2. Make sure the merchandise is in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and labels attached, and in it’s original packaging, otherwise we won’t be able to accept your return or exchange. 
  3. Pack the items together with the Return Form in the rigid box and stick the pre-paid DHL label on top of the box.
  4. Contact DHL (www.dhl.com) to arrange a collection of the package. 

 

 

If your return does not meet the conditions above, the package will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

 

If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued on the same card you have used to make the payment for your order and you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Please allow 3-5 working days for the warehouse to process your return or exchange.

 

Exchanges may be processed only for the same value. 

 

Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
